چکیده
This study was focused on the clinical efficacy and safety of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-based Siwu decoction for poststroke hemiplegia complicated with osteoporosis. 120 patients osteoporosis were divided into an observation group (modified based treatment scheme control group, 60 cases) a (conventional drugs in neurology + neurology-based rehabilitation training muscle enhancement surgery, cases). They all underwent MRI scans. The results showed that bone mineral density (BMD) lumbar spine, ipsilateral femoral neck, patella higher than 180 days after ( P < 0.05 ). restricted diffusion edema left frontoparietal cortex subcortical white matter. levels 25-hydroxy-vitamin D (25-OH-VD) gla-containing protein (BGP) higher, type I collagen n-terminal propeptide (PINP) cross-linked C-terminal telopeptide (β-CTX) lower id="M2"> visual analogue scale (VAS) score at lower, while quality life id="M3"> median cell count less, lymphocytes level id="M4"> In conclusion, could effectively improve metabolism osteoporosis, promote proliferation differentiation osteocytes, BMD patients.

Background: Despite the existence of various imaging methods, the accurate diagnosis of many neurodegenerative diseases is still controversial. The use of advanced imaging techniques, such as the diffusion weighted imaging can be help the early detection of MS and evaluation of the treatment efficacy in these patients. Materials and method: 24 MS patients with acute attack and thirty healthy s...
متن کاملRadiomics modelling of IMRT induced acute rectal toxicity using clinical and magnetic resonance imaging features
Introduction: Rectal toxicity is a dose limiting issue in prostate cancer radiotherapy. Prediction of these effects may be used to tailor the therapy. The purpose of this work was to develop predictive radiomic models based on clinical, dosimetric and radiomic features extracted from rectal wall magnetic resonance image (MRI). Materials and Methods: This st...
متن کاملVerification of the PAGAT polymer gel dosimeter by photon beams using magnetic resonance imaging
Background: In this work investigation of the normoxic PAGAT polymer gel dosimeter such as sensitivity, the R2-dose response with post time and the percentage depth dose (PDD) of PAGAT polymer gel dosimeter have been undertaken. Materials and Methods: Using MRI, the formulation to give the maximum change in the transverse relaxation rate R2 was determined to be 4.5% N,N'-methylenbis- ...
